CrossFit is a 60-minute group class based on constantly varied exercise. Our CrossFit class uses weightlifting, cardio, and bodyweight movements in different combinations to make you a stronger, fitter, healthier version of yourself. Each class is led by one of our expert coaches from start to finish and every workout and movement can be scaled for injuries, fitness level, or comfort.
