Step 1: No Sweat Intro


Come in for your free No Sweat Intro to CrossFit and meet with a coach to have any questions answered, talk about your goals, and what you wish to accomplish.

Step 2: On-Ramp

Those who are new to CrossFit must complete at least 4 one-on-one 45-minute private coaching sessions with one of our experienced coaches. While teaching is the main goal, you are still guaranteed to leave each session with a great workout. These sessions teach you how to move safely and efficiently and introduce the basic movements of CrossFit including:


• Bodyweight Movements (Pullups, Pushups, Situps)
• Presses 
• Squats (Back, Front, and Overhead)
• Deadlift
• Hang Power Clean
• Hang Power Snatch


The emphasis of these sessions is on the importance of technique and scaling and introducing the intense nature of the CrossFit methodology. These one-on-one sessions will allow you to integrate smoothly and safely into our regular CrossFit classes. The sessions are scheduled at a time convenient to you.


Step 2B: Test-Out

If you are an experienced CrossFitter (at an affiliate) you can opt out of On-Ramp and complete a Test-Out with one of our experts. The goal here is to ensure that you can safely join our group classes without the On-Ramp program.
