Step 1: No Sweat Intro

Come in for your free No Sweat Intro to CrossFit and meet with a coach to have any questions answered, talk about your goals, and what you wish to accomplish.

Step 2: On-Ramp

Those who are new to CrossFit must complete at least five one on one 30 minute private sessions with one of our experienced coaches. These sessions introduce new athletes to the basic movements of CrossFit including:

 

• Bodyweight Movements (Pullups, Pushups, Situps)
• Presses 
• Squats (Back, Front, and Overhead)
• Deadlift
• Hang Power Clean
• Hang Power Snatch

 

The emphasis of these sessions is on the importance of technique and scaling and introducing the intense nature of the CrossFit methodology. These one on one sessions will allow you to integrate smoothly and safely into our regular CrossFit classes. The sessions are scheduled at a time convenient to you.
