I’m a Physical Therapist that has practiced with an out-patient orthopedic population since 1995. I’ve completed more than a dozen marathons and triathlons including swimming, biking and running 140.6 miles in Ironman Lake Placid in 2011.
I was introduced to CrossFit at CrossFit One Life in 2012 and have been attending on a regular basis ever since. My background working with various sports and athletic injuries over the years as a PT, and being a competitive endurance athlete in the past, has helped me develop as a Crossfit coach. As a Crossfit coach, my knowledge and past experiences provide me with unique ability to help prevent and manage muscle and joint injury before it occurs. My expertise in helping older athletes and newcomers to Crossfit allows me to assist them with their transition into CrossFit, ensures that they’re constantly having fun, and helps them improve their overall health and fitness.
I currently live in Glen Head with my wife Alexis, 15 year old son Collin and 13 year old daughter Lydia.
